An engineering study of your electrical distribution that models available fault current and protective-device clearing times to calculate incident energy and arc-flash boundaries using the IEEE 1584 method, supported by a short-circuit and protective-device coordination study. We define the approach boundaries, assign the required arc-rated PPE in line with NFPA 70E, and produce compliant equipment warning labels so workers know the hazard before they open a panel. The assessment also identifies opportunities to reduce incident energy through protection settings and design, lowering both risk and PPE burden.

Ergonomic assessment evaluates how tasks, workstations and tools fit the worker to reduce musculoskeletal disorders from manual handling, repetitive motion and poor posture. Using established tools such as RULA, REBA and the NIOSH lifting equation, we quantify risk across the job, then recommend task redesign, layout and tooling changes and safer lifting techniques.
