How we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Last updated: 30 June 2026

1. Data we collect

What personal data we receive

When you use the contact form or any enquiry form on safety360.in, we collect the personal data you voluntarily provide:

  • Name - to address you correctly.
  • Company - to understand your organisation context.
  • Email address - to respond to your enquiry.
  • Phone number - for follow-up calls when needed.
  • Role / persona - to route your enquiry to the right person.
  • Industry - to understand your operating context.
  • Message - the details of your enquiry.
  • Enquiry type - what you need (product, audit, training, quote, etc.), to route and prioritise your request.

We also capture technical attribution data automatically at the time of form submission:

  • UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content) - to understand which channel brought you to us.
  • HTTP referrer - the page you arrived from, if your browser sends it.
  • Submission timestamp and source page - for internal record-keeping.
  • Your consent - the fact that you agreed to this policy, and when, as our record of the lawful basis for contacting you.

We use only essential cookies (see Cookies & tracking below). Our analytics (Plausible) are cookieless, and we run no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. Why we collect it

Purpose of processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your enquiry - the primary purpose. We use your contact details and message to understand your need and reply promptly.
  • Sales follow-up - our team may follow up by email or phone to discuss your requirement further or share relevant information about ASE products and services.
  • Internal records - keeping a record of enquiries to improve our service and track commitments made.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

3. Lawful basis

Legal ground for processing

ASE Ingenierie Pvt. Ltd. processes your personal data on the basis of consent, as provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) of India.

By submitting the contact form and checking the consent checkbox, you give us your explicit consent to collect and process your personal data for the purposes described in this policy.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@asegroup.in. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

4. How long we keep it

Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Active enquiries and client relationships - retained for the duration of the relationship plus up to 3 years for follow-up, unless a longer retention is required by applicable law.
  • Inactive records - personal data from enquiries that did not lead to a relationship will be deleted or anonymised within 2 years of the last interaction.

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be linked to you.

5. Who we share it with

Data sharing and processors

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the following categories of service providers (data processors) who process it on our behalf:

  • Email delivery provider - used to send lead notification emails to the ASE sales team. Your data is processed only to deliver the notification and is not retained by the provider beyond operational needs.
  • CRM / lead-tracking tools - lead data may be stored in a CRM system (such as a Google Sheet or a dedicated CRM platform) used by the ASE sales team to manage enquiries and follow-ups.

All processors are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law and only for the purposes for which we have engaged them. We do not transfer personal data outside India except where a processor's infrastructure requires it and adequate safeguards are in place.

6. Your rights

Rights of data principals under DPDP 2023

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the following rights as a data principal:

Right to access

You can request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the purposes for which it is being processed.

Right to correction

You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.

Right to erasure

You can request the deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or where you withdraw consent.

Right to grievance redressal

You have the right to have your grievances addressed by our Grievance Officer in a timely manner.

To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer at info@asegroup.in. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

7. Cookies & tracking

How we use cookies

A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. We keep our use deliberately minimal - only what is needed to run the site securely and to remember your choices. We do not use advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Strictly necessary

Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from spam and bots and may set a short-lived cookie to do so. Without it, the contact and enquiry forms cannot work.

Your cookie choice

When you accept or decline this notice, we record that preference under the key ase-cookie-consent - kept both as a cookie and in your browser's local storage - for up to one year, so we do not ask again on every visit.

Analytics (cookieless)

We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that sets no cookies and collects no personal data - only aggregate, anonymous page-view counts.

No advertising cookies

We do not run Google AdSense, remarketing, social-media pixels, or any third-party advertising or targeting cookies on this site.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when one is set. Clearing this site’s data in your browser also removes the stored consent choice. Because we use only essential cookies, declining them may stop the forms from working but will not affect the rest of the site.

8. Children & third-party links

Minors and external sites

Children's privacy. This is a business service not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites. Our site links to partner and manufacturer sites (for product datasheets and specifications) that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices - please review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
